Painting
Our industrial painting services are used for protection and/or decoration.
We have two state-of-the-art wet paint cells that are equipped with automatic spray guns. Both cells are within a clean room environment, followed by a clean conventional curing process. We offer an array of custom water-based metal flake and solid colors, along with the capabilities to apply these colors to customer specified areas of the wheel in a full production mode.
Two paint lines automatically feed into our football length five-zone curing oven, which cures the coating for protection against galvanic raction, filifom and environmental corrosion.
Masking templates are put in place prior to coating for areas that require a different surface treatment or multi-color effect.
