State-Of-The-Art Equipment
Our proprietary polishing and buffing centers are ideally suited for today’s intricate wheel designs and customer specifications. These centers have up to sixteen buffing stations; each programmed to apply just the right amount of pressure and precise RPMs to create the desired finish time after time.
We understand the importance of a protective wheel coating and have invested substantially in pre-treatment and coating line automation. As a matter of fact, much of our finishing equipment has been custom designed, engineered, and/or modified in house to meet specific customer requirements or to further improve our own standards.
In-House Machining Center
Our well-equipped machining center includes fully-automated, high-speed CNC 4-axis turning machines, 5-axis milling machines, measuring ability, balancing equipment, and a machine that compresses aluminum shavings for recycling.
